What does the Error : factor Loan ID has new level mean

I started working on this yesterday.
I started with simple glm() function like ,

m1 <- glm(Loan_Status ~ . -Loan_ID , data = train_1 , family = "binomial")

test_1$Loan_Status <- "Y"

test_1$Loan_Status <- predict(m1 , test_1 , type = "response")

I got following error
