Hi

i have got admission in both Sp Jain and Aegis. I have around 12 years experience mixed with programming and HR

I have hands on with Tableau and been actively working on work force analytics for the last 6 months. I want to formally learn the data science part of the analytics and ready to take a break at this juncture of my career.

I still have pending interviews with Great lakes and PRaxis. I rank Praxis, Aegis, GL and SP Jain in that order based on their curriculum

My intention is to move into HR analytics but i dont know how the course will take me through. May be my interest will change into a different domain, may be not. But currently i am trying to move into a HR analytics career path. I am good with programming and exploring technical stuff on my own.

I have few apps/tools based ideas as well in this field and a product based idea based on this HR analytics field.

Considering this, what would you advice is a good approach towards finding the right curriculum.

Except GL all others almost offer similar curriculum. Aegis offers lots of hands on but does not provide clear view of placements. With electives and data access to telecom and other industry it does make a good school.

Praxis is similar to Aegis with placement being supported. With internship offered by other Praxis and Aegis these two top rank for me.

SP jain is 6 months but bloody costliest and a certification program. The squeeze of curriculum in 6 months is pretty high and may not have internship or hands on real projects.

Great lakes is great for i dont have to quit yet add this certification. I am not sure if i will get it but if i do it throws everything into a mix simply because i am chennai native and my work will support part time for sure.

On a longer run i want to understand based on your vast experience what would make sense considering this details. Cost is not an issue. Bank loans are welcome :slightly_smiling:

Thanks
