Hello Everyone, For some context I started working in a company a few years ago as a data analyst and my highest level of education is Bachelor’s degree directly related to what I work in, but I also had no work experience prior to this role. I’m definitely not happy with my current package and I have did lots of research to identify the average salary of data analysts in India. According to this post, it varies Early Career (1-4 yrs of experience) – ₹422,408/yr but I am getting around 35K per month. Can anyone suggest me, will I switch my job or it depends on the company - company wise?
