Career Shift- from a Perl Developer to Business Analyst

I am a working professional with 1.5 years of experience in Networking (Routing and Switching) and 3 years of experience in Perl and Postgres. I want to shift my career to Business Analytics (basically a less coding profile). I was looking into some of the Business Analytics courses provided by institutes like ISB, IIM and Great lakes. 1. Where to start?
