Excel Classification using some technique

I am looking for how to classify different excel sheet. The over all thing is there are some pdfs with different formats. we are using OCR engine to convert it in to excel sheet. Now this excel comes in the different format and the format is also not very aligned. I need to classify this excel in the some category according to some logic. My questions is how to classify excel based on the format of the data extracted.
