Has anyone had any good/bad experience with Zoomdata or Birst for so-called “big data” visualization & delivery of model output?
Tableau is at its limit and the idea of cacheing the raw-ish data at the distributed compute layer for zoom & drilldown is attractive, but I’m skeptical. Zoomdata claims to do just that, and I can’t find any information about handling big data for Birst.
By “big” I mean about 9B rows (about 5TB) per day (with typical baselines of 90 days or so)/ . I can provide further details, but it gets complex really quickly so I’m really just looking for anyone who has had experience with either of these two tools (or something I haven’t heard about). TIA
